FIELD: medicine; oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: blood erythrocytes are examined by the method of differential scanning calorimetry in the linear programmed heating mode. Malignant neoplasms are detected by the calorimetric curve profile of heat denaturation process in membrane albumens of bands 2.1, 4.1 and 4.2. Major criteria for malignant tumour formation are as follows: S-shaped calorimetric curve, extremely low thermal transfer enthalpy value, reduced heat capacity of erythrocyte membrane. The claimed method allows urgent (in 30-40 minutes time) detection of malignant neoplasm in 90% cases even in the absence of visible cell morphology changes, i.e. at early stage of disease. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of oncological disease diagnostics, and efficient monitoring of patients state in the course of treatment. ^ 3 dwg, 4 tbl, 2 ex |
