FIELD: building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building and concerns creation of the basements of radial envelopments for buildings and constructions. Supporters are executed in the form of radial tapes forming envelopment, laid on a curvilinear surface and turned by bulge upwards the artificial basement located in a foundation ditch or the natural basement.
