PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular coupler capable preventing cracking from occurring in a connection section at the end of a tightening band, eventually the tubular coupler from being disconnected, and the gap between the adjacent ends of two connected tubes from being unsealed. SOLUTION: This tubular coupler for connecting the adjacent ends of two pipes comprises an annular sleeve 11 made of an elastic material; and a tightening device having at least one tightening band 12, 13 and at least one tightening screw 14 and tightening a sleeve. The tightening bands or each tightening band 12, 13 has an end 15 bent in a loop shape. Each end 15 bent in a loop shape of the tightening bands or each tightening band has a winding section 16 for winding a tightening bolt 18 and the connection section in which the end 15 bent in a loop shape through the connection section 17 is fixedly connected to the outside 19 of each tightening band 12, 13 therethrough.
