PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct a high-reliable system without affecting normal processing performance. SOLUTION: It is decided whether an executable thread is present in a cycle next to a cycle wherein a thread is presently executed in an execution determination part 103 or not so as to perform pipeline execution of a plurality of threads 101-1 to 101-4 in a prescribed cycle, a memory access thread 102 for confirming normality of a memory 109 is started in a memory access thread start part 104 when it is decided that the executable thread is absent in the next cycle, the normality of the memory 109 is confirmed in an instruction completion confirmation part 108 after the memory access thread 102 starts, and the memory access thread 102 is made to come into a suspension state when it is decided that the memory 109 is normal.
