PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of stably obtaining such excellent electrical characteristics as to have quick response and high sensitivity and, moreover, exhibit low residual potential, and to provide an image forming device provided with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, the photosensitive layer contains a compound made by coupling an amine compound represented by formula [1] with a hydrazone compound represented by formula [2]. Therein, A is an allyl group preferably having a substituted group, B is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group (in the formulas, Ar<SP>1</SP>to Ar<SP>2</SP>are allyl groups preferably having substituted groups, L is an allylene group preferably having substituted group, X is a halogen atom and p is 0 or 1).
