PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve carrying speed, while downsizing, simplifying a structure, and suppressing jumping of a workpiece. SOLUTION: The parts feeder 1 comprises a base 2; a top plate 4 attached to the base 2 through a first vibration exciting portion 3A, a second vibration exciting portion 3B, and a third vibration exciting portion 3C which are vibration exciting portions; and a bowl 6 attached to the top plate 4. Excitation spring portions 7A to 7C are integrally extended from uniform pitch three parts at a peripheral edge of the top plate 4 made from a spring plate material. Piezoelectric ceramic plates 8a, 8b are attached both side surfaces of a piece portions 72 of each excitation spring portion 7A to 7C.
