PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately control timing for stopping an air motor in a screw driving machine. SOLUTION: In this screw driving machine, compressed air feeding routes 33 and 34 to the air motor 50 are cut off by moving a damper 26 as an opening and closing valve to a closing side by a piston 22 to be a tangible entity.
