The method includes forming a cap body A in a basic shape of a lug cap (100) having a bottom (110) and a side wall (120) by pressing a plate Pl, which is obtained by cutting a material, using a first mold (201) having the basic shape of the lug cap, and forming a precurl B by pressing the cap body A formed in the basic shape by the first mold (201) to curl an end of the side wall (120) of the cap body A using a second mold (202) for rolling and curling only the end of the side wall (120) outward so that the end is positioned inside a curling portion and not exposed to the outside.
