PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire information from an object and to easily display the information to the object.

SOLUTION: A processing part 31 judges whether or not to make a display means 37 display display information for urging the object to say acquisition information on the basis of biological information collected by a biological information collecting means 33 and reference biological information recorded in a recording means 2 beforehand. When judging that it is to be displayed, the display information is displayed, and a voice acquisition means 35 is made to acquire the voice of the utterance of the object. The recording means 2 records the obtained acquisition information. The processing part 31 judges whether or not to make the display means 37 display the acquisition information recorded in the recording means 2 to the object on the basis of the biological information collected by the biological information collecting means 33 and the reference biological information recorded in the recording means 2 beforehand. When judging that it is to be displayed, the acquisition information is displayed.
