PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit and vegetable sorter which efficiently takes out fruit and vegetable such as cherries, which are fed in a hopper, and is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: The fruit and vegetable sorter is provided with: a supply part which stores things to be selected; a measurement part which measures the things to be selected in the supply part; a selection part which selects the things to be selected on the basis of the measurement information of the measurement part; and a conveyance part which conveys the things to be selected in the supply part from the vicinity of the supply part to the selection part. The supply part has a tapered form s at its front end, and the front end part of the tapered form s faces the conveyance part, and an oscillating mechanism 31 is provided at the part of the tapered form s. The supply part has an inclination so that the front end part of the supply part may be lower in height than the rear part 11c of the supply part to make the inclination angle of the supply part changeable.
