PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety in the case of use authentication by preliminarily preventing the trail of illegal use by a third person. SOLUTION: This authentication management device is provided with an input means 31 for inputting authentication information; an authentication means 14 for, each time the authentication information is input by the input means 31, performing user authentication by collating the input authentication information with preliminarily registered authentication information; a notification means 32 for notifying the pertinent user destination of information relating to the user authentication; and a control means 14. When the authentication information is input by the input means 31, the control means 14 makes the notification means notify the pertinent user designation that user authentication is performed based on the authentication information with the user authentication result through electronic mail.
