<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both a normal hearer and a hearing-impaired person to easily, quickly, and accurately understand the content of information. <P>SOLUTION: When an input control section 102 receives text data, a keyword extracting section 103 performs morphological analysis of the text data to extract a keyword. On the basis of the extracted keyword, corresponding itemized text data is obtained from an itemized text storage section 110, and corresponding fragment sign language video data is obtained from a fragment sign language data storage section 120.
