PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time to return a usage rate of a parity group to a normal value. SOLUTION: In the load distribution method of a computer system provided with one or more storage devices and a management computer, the storage device is provided with a physical disk and a disk controller, and the disk controller sets one or more physical disks as a parity group and provides the storage area of the set parity group to the host computer as one or more logical volumes. When the usage rate of the parity group is turned to be a threshold or more, the management computer calculates the migration time of the logical volume, and refers to the calculated migration time of the logical volume, and selects the logical volume as the object of the migration of data from the logical volume included in the parity group whose use rate is turned to be the threshold or more.
