PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning system which can be brought into wide use, and a warning transmitter, a warning receiver and a warning output device for use in the warning system. SOLUTION: This warning system includes: the warning transmitter for specifying an area or the like on the receive side, and transmitting warning announcement data encoded as designated; a warning receiver for receiving the warning announcement data according to specification and delivering the same to a home or the like; and a plurality of warning output devices for decoding the warning announcement data delivered from the warning receiver as designated to be converted to voice signal and announced.
