PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to inhibit increase of tip clearance while effectively utilizing the heat of the entire plant of a gas turbine. SOLUTION: In a gas turbine wherein a turbine is driven by: a compressor for compressing air; a combustor for mixing and combusting compressed air compressed by the compressor and fuel; and combustion gas obtained by the combustor, a heat exchange system is provided in a casing of the turbine for adjusting the temperature of the casing, and a fuel preheating means for preheating gas turbine fuel by using the heat of the casing obtained by the heat exchange system, is provided.
