PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material supplying device capable of easily loading a magazine in a predetermined orientation without improving the magazine, and an image forming device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: A photographic processing device 1 is a magazine unit 11 loading a plurality of magazines 21a to 21c of the same shape for storing a roll R winding up a long photosensitive material P, and supplying the photosensitive material P to a main body unit 10 recording an image on the photosensitive material P. The photographic processing device 1 comprises a magazine stand 106, a second base portion 103, and a rotation mechanism 105. On the magazine stand 106, the magazine 21c is placed. The magazine stand 106 is attached to the second base portion 103. The rotation mechanism 105 rotates the magazine stand 106 by 90°with respect to the second base portion 103. The rotation mechanism 105 rotates the magazine stand 106 with respect to the second base portion 103, thereby changing the orientation of a drawing port 202c of the magazine 21c always placed in the same state.
