<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably write input signal voltage and correct shift while preventing luminance degradation due to the voltage drop between the gate and source of the drive transistor caused by coupling when turning off the writing transistor. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of the size of both the transistors P11, N11 of the P-channel MOS transistor P11 and the N-channel MOS transistor N11 when almost the same current flows in them in the last stage buffer 431 in the output circuit 43 of a write scanning circuit, the size of the P channel MOS transistor P11 is made larger than the reference size and the size of the N-channel MOS transistor N11 is made smaller.
