PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device reduced in cost, size, and axial length, while achieving high output and stable driving. SOLUTION: At the outer circumferential surface of a magnet 6, the pole facing a first outer magnetic pole portion 1a and the pole facing a third outer magnetic pole portion 10a are different from each other. At the same time, at the outer circumferential surface of the magnet 6, the pole facing a second outer magnetic pole portion 1b and the pole facing the third outer magnetic pole portion 10a are different from each other.
