PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which selects one of a plurality of signals received through a plurality of connectors to display video on a display part without requiring selection operations by a user. SOLUTION: The display device has a plurality of connectors (an antenna connector 1, a video terminal connector 2, a component terminal connector 3 and an HDMI terminal connector 4) conforming to a plurality of standards to transmit signals including video, a controller 9 which has a function to select one of a plurality of signals received through the plurality of connectors, and the display part 10 which displays video based on the signal selected by the controller 9. In addition, the controller 9, in response to that a DVD device 25 is connected to the HDMI terminal connector 4, preferentially selects a signal received through the HDMI terminal connector 4 to display video on the display part 10.
