PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental handpiece oiling and cleaning device having enhanced convenience from the viewpoint of maintaining the device such as cleanability, operability and maintainability, and appealing its cleanness to a patient in addition. SOLUTION: The dental handpiece oiling and cleaning device 10 is equipped with: a casing 11; an oiling and cleaning part 20 which has a mounting terminal provided inside a space on the front surface side of the casing, the space being partitioned from the rest, and performs oiling and cleaning on a dental handpiece suspended from the mounting terminal; a supply part 30 for holding oiling and cleaning agent supply containers 5 and 6; and a piping part for fluidically connecting the mounting terminal of the oiling and cleaning part to the supply part. The space of the oiling and cleaning part is surrounded by a recessed part 21 formed on the front surface side of the casing in a size to reach both side faces of the casing and an openable and closable front surface lid 22 covering the opening part of the recessed part and the outside, and is partitioned from the rest as a closed space.
