At least one connector (18, 19) is mounted on the circuit board part (12) of the battery so that they lie within the outer contours of the board, and then these connectors are linked to the printed circuit. The circuit board is placed inside the battery casing (30), followed by the battery cell (20), so that the pole tabs (21, 22) overlap with the connectors. These tabs are then spot-welded to the connectors by placing two electrodes on the top side of the tabs, then using the electrodes to press the tabs against the connectors and using the casing and circuit board as a counter-piece, and then supplying pulsed current to the electrodes. Independent claims are also included for (a) a circuit board part, and (b) use of printed circuit board (PCB) in a battery for an electronic device, e.g. mobile terminal. |
