[PROBLEMS] To provide a system that is capable of, in the removal of asbestos adhering to structures, such as buildings, avoiding the danger of inhaling asbestos exposed by the removing operation and all the adverse influences on environment. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There are provided asbestos removing measures for removing asbestos without demolition of buildings with asbestos, comprising a nozzle fittable face to face with a surface of asbestos, a gas tank with compressor for feeding a gas for level difference via a flow rate regulator to the nozzle, a dry ice supply source for likewise feeding dry ice via another flow rate regulator and a mixer for mixing the gas with the dry ice and feeding the mixture to the nozzle.
