<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit for on-vehicle electronic control unit, capable of simplifying design and management of a circuit board by using a power supply control circuit with high versatility. <P>SOLUTION: This circuit comprises a power supply circuit 1 for outputting a predetermined voltage to a functional part 22; a first land 61 connected to the power supply circuit 1, on which an emitter electrode of a PNP transistor 4 can be mounted; a second land 62 connected to the functional part 2, on which a collector electrode of the PNP transistor can be mounted; a third land 63 provided to be connectable with an output port of a control means 3, on which a base electrode of the PNP transistor can be mounted; and a pair of fourth lands 64, on which a connecting element 5 for connecting the first land 61 to the second land 62 can be mounted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
