PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary type sunlight condensing device using a linear lens that restrains the traveling direction of light in a fixed direction by reflecting light entering from one direction and by transmitting light entering from other directions as it is. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of FB lenses 12 and 13 has on one face an approximately steplike face in which a concave face and a flat face alternate and has on the other face an outwardly convex slider at a place opposite the valley of the approximately steplike face. The periphery of a solar water heater 23 is covered so that each of the steplike faces of the FB lenses 12 and 13 is oriented inside so as to serve as a condensing target position and the concave face and the flat face composing each steplike face are oriented upward and downward respectively based on the position of the valley of each steplike face. Thus, on account of the properties in which light entering from the front face specific to the FB lenses 12 and 13 is reflected and the light entering from the back is transmitted as it is, all the entering light is confined inside and condensed into the solar water heater 23.
