PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tool for alleviating troubles in a rectum caused by irradiation in treatment for prostate cancer. SOLUTION: A rectum degassing tube is used for decreasing a radiation dose exposed to the rectum as inserted into the rectum in radiation therapy for prostate cancer. The medical tool for alleviating troubles in the rectum caused by irradiation in treatment for prostate cancer comprises the rectum degassing tube, and an inner cylinder for insertion which is inserted to the inner diameter side of the rectum degassing tube.
