The invention refers to a device for cleaning and finishing metallic or non-metallic surfaces, coated with oxides, varnish, paint, clay, gypsum, wallpaper or resin. According to the invention, the device consists of a casing (1), inside which there is an electromotor (2) that conveys the rotation motion to an abrasive rotor (3) by means of a belt (4) and a gear wheel (56). Abrasive rotor (3) is provided with active elements (18, 21, 24), partially covered with super abrasive material crystals (19, 22, 25) and mounted on hubs (20, 23, 28). In order to collect the resulting powder, an aspiration tube (8) is mounted outside casing (1).
