<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the influence of customers on communication in a social network cannot be taken into consideration, while an attribute of the customer is taken into consideration to model a customer behavior. <P>SOLUTION: A social network structure model calculating means calculates the social network constituted of a customer group, using a network characteristic value of the customer group and a communication parameter of the customer group stored in a customer group investigation result storage part 10, a communication parameter calculating means 12 calculates the frequency of generation of communication about a merchandise or service in the social network, and a degree of changing a purchase intent of the customer group by the communication, and a purchase intent calculating means 13 calculates a purchase intent of the customer group, based on calculation results therein.
