<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein application procedure is carried out through an automatic contracting machine or the Internet in financial institutions in recent years and operation in the procedure operation is explained in various methods, but applicants vary in the skill level of personal computers, age, operating speed, and the like and information on operation explanation required by the applicants is not always the same, and in consequence, various requests cannot be sufficiently coped with in the conventional method of operation guidance. <P>SOLUTION: This contract receiving system can cope with a customer with attention to fine points and shorten a processing time by determining the situation of the customer's input operation and the customer's attribute to carry out appropriate operation guidance by a moving image in application procedure from the customer through the automatic contracting machine or a personal computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
