<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a system manager to implement various measures such as the stop of distribution to a viewer etc. by simple operation for a motion picture contributed from a contributor and stored in a distribution server. <P>SOLUTION: A content contribution and distribution system is equipped with: a contribution motion picture approval means for enabling a system manager to view contents beforehand to acquire information about the right and wrong of distribution to a viewer, the contents uploaded by accessing an administrative server from a terminal device of a contributor while being related with specific identification information, and the distribution server for storing contents which have acquired the approval information of which the distribution is right. A management server is equipped with a channel-by-channel management information output means which displays information relating to the current distribution approval information of contents registered in a database on the basis of a request from a terminal device for the system manager operated by the system manager.
