<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid jetting head unit whose reliability is improved by improving adhesive strength between a liquid jetting head and a retaining member, and to provide the liquid jetting head unit. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the liquid jetting head unit equipped with the liquid jetting head 2 having a liquid jetting face A on which a nozzle opening 21 for jetting a liquid is opened, and the retaining member 250 stuck on the liquid jetting face A of the liquid jetting head 2 through an adhesive 400, is equipped with the process of forming a laminated film 22 on the liquid jetting face A, the process of forming a non-liquid-repellent region 25 in which the laminated film 22 is not formed on a region which is stuck on the retaining member of the liquid jetting face A on which the laminated film 22 is formed, the primer processing process of coating the non-liquid-repellent region 25 with a primer liquid, and the process of sticking the retaining member on the non-liquid-repellent region 25 of the liquid jetting face A through the adhesive 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
