A method for draining the omental sac in the acute pancreatitis provides for the local insertion of the special draining tube with the distal cuff fixing to the walls of Winslow opening by its inflation via the sealed valve isolating the lumen of omental sac from the peritoneal cavity and preventing the expansion of the pancreatic exudate and development of the generalized pancreatogenic peritonitis. |
