PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which can convert the rotation of a rotating motor into the reciprocating movement of a driven body in a non-contact manner, and is easily applied to a mechanism which directly drives a movable blade of an electric shaver. SOLUTION: A rotation-side magnet part 4 is connected to a rotating shaft of the rotating motor 2, and composed of a disk-shaped magnet body magnetized to four poles at its periphery in the rotative direction. A drive-side magnet part 5 is arranged so as to have one pole opposing the periphery of the rotation-side magnet part 4, and the driven body 1 is arranged so as to be parallel with a direction axis corresponding to the opposing direction with its one-side end connected to the drive-side magnet part 5 in a direction orthogonal to the direction axis.
