PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low-shrinkage heat-bonding conjugated fiber suitably used for a fiber aggregate having heat resistance and having excellent thermal dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The method for producing the low-shrinkage heat-bonding conjugated fiber has the following steps: The conjugated fiber composed of a polybutylene terephthalate-based copolymer polyester and a polyethylene terephthalate-based polyester is melt spun so that the polyethylene terephthalate-based polyester is exposed from at least the fiber surface and the resultant undrawn yarn is drawn at a high temperature of≥85°C in a hot water bath, then cooled with a water shower and subsequently subjected to heat treatment at a constant length while keeping somewhat relaxation by a hot drum.
