PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily measuring the transparency of the skin without using complicated apparatuses for measurement. SOLUTION: A digital camera for which a polarization filter is mounted respectively on a light source part and a lens part is used, and the luminance value of the diffused reflected light of skin images obtained by performing the image operation processing of the skin image photographed by making the angle of the polarization filter of the lens part to the light source part be parallel and the skin image photographed by making it be orthogonal is used as an index.
