PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of energy consumption by a tag which is carelessly left in a vehicle by providing a completely transparent temporary stop procedure to a vehicle user. SOLUTION: A first start code WUP1 for a procedure which temporarily stops at least the tag (B) is defined, and specifically a second start code WUP2 for a procedure which identifies the tag (B) is defined. When the tag (B) is detected in a locked vehicle (V), the temporal stop procedure which transmits a specified data flame including the first start code WUP1 in a preamble to the tag by commanding a central processing unit (4) is started.
