There is disclosed a method, apparatus and computer program for capturing information on changes to a datastore. An update which is to be applied to an entity within the datastore is received. It is determined using a match table whether there is a subscriber interested in the particular entity for which the update has been received. The match table lists those entities within the datastore which are of interest to one or more subscribers. Responsive to determining that a subscriber is interested in the entity for which the update has been received, the entity is associated with a status indicating that the entity has been deleted.
