<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, system and method for routing guidance, and route search server which can inhibit the occurrence of wrong routing, without making drivers unnecessarily nervous, even at a point where wrong routing can occur during route guidance. <P>SOLUTION: The route search server 20 stores road network information including node data, link data of each road and link cost of each link in road network information database 25 and uses route searching means 23, to search optimal route up to destination so as to minimize total link cost. In terminal device 10, position detecting means 13 detects current position, while guidance means 16 provides routing assistance per the optimal route searched by the route search server. When stray detection means 17 has detected deviation of the current position from the route during the routing assistance, this misrouting-occurred link is informed to the route search server 20 and then cost changing means 26 will set the link cost of the misrouting-occurred link high, to make the future selection of this link as route difficult. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
