PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus to report an emergency situation of a user by an automatic dialing to a prescribed address and a location information searching system. SOLUTION: A mobile adaptor apparatus to be connected to a mobile telephone has a radio communication means which receives an emergency signal from a radio switch carried separately by the user of the mobile telephone or an accompanied person, a reception response controlling means which responds to a reception of the emergency signal and transmits automatically an emergency message to an address registered in the mobile telephone, a location information transmitting means which transmits from the mobile telephone to a center server including the location information of the mobile telephone acquired by a location information acquisition means provided by the mobile telephone in the automatically-transmitted emergency message, and a means which reports the emergency message including the location information to one or a plurality of terminals designated in advance, by an automatic sound or an electronic mail.
