PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag equipped with a garbage box function capable of smartly processing an individual packaging material, which is garbage generated whenever an individual package is unwrapped to take out contents. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 1 stores a plurality of individual packages sealed by left and right end edge heat bonding portions 2, 2' and upper and lower end edge heat bonding portions 3, 3'. On at least one surface of the packaging bag, a surface material which is same as the packaging bag 1 in lateral dimensions and short in vertical dimensions is disposed so as to match left and right end edges and a lower end edge. The packaging bag is bonded and fixed at the left and right end edges and the lower end edge so as to have a bag-shape opening to an upper end edge side of the packaging bag.
