A manufacturing method of a trial product case using vacuum molding is provided to prevent deformation of a silicone mold and to shorten process time by coating a specially prepared mold release and mixing a hardening agent for hardening and strengthening synthetic resin. A manufacturing method of a trial product case using vacuum molding includes the following steps of: making a model of the trial product case(S11); injecting melted silicone resin into a temporary mold(S13); cutting the hardened silicone resin along a center line of the model and eliminating the model to form a pair of the silicone mold(S15); coating a specially prepared mold release on an inside of the silicone mold(S17); mixing a hardening agent to synthetic resin of an urethane or an epoxy family(S19); and pouring the synthetic resin mixed with the hardening agent to the silicone mold(S20).
