Disclosed are: a microparticle film which contains no binder resin, can be produced in a simple manner, and has high stability; and a method for producing the microparticle film. Onto the surface of a base material (31) is applied a mixture comprising a microparticle (21) having the surface coated with a first film-forming compound having a first reactive group and a crosslinking agent (12) having multiple crosslinkable groups each capable of reacting with the first reactive group to form a bond. The applied mixture is cured by the crosslinking reaction between the first reactive group and each of the crosslinkable groups, thereby forming a microparticle film (10).
