PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve heat exchanging performance by inserting as many heat transfer tubes as possible to prevent dripping of condensate water attached to the heat exchanger in an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and by receiving the heat exchanger with the fin having the heat transfer tubes of at least two or more kinds of different outer diameters while reducing its depth width, and optimally disposing fin cut and raised portions, and to efficiently and inexpensively manufacture the heat exchanger with the fin. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted to allow the condensate water to easily flow along the fins by constituting the substantially V-shaped fin of a front side heat exchanger and the substantially rectangular fin of a back side heat exchanger in the state where the shortest distance between an outer diameter center and a windward front edge or a windward rear edge of the heat transfer tube respectively closest to a linear portion of the windward front edge and windward rear edge of the fin is not constant in the same heat transfer tube row, these fins are connected and continuously pressed as a sheet of fin formed by combining fin collars different in diameters, and the cut and raised portions are optimally disposed to unify a wind speed.
