PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly insert a sheet type control strip and to securely prevent the stored control strip from being exposed to light. SOLUTION: A holder main body 1 is provided with a pair of rollers 31 and 32 which presses and conveys the control strip stored in a storage space, at least one of a pair of light shield bodies 16 and 17 is configured to contact and leave the other, and at least one of the pair of rollers 31 and 32 is configured to contact and leave the other. Further, it is provided with: a first operation means 22 of allowing at least one of the pair of light shield bodies 16 and 17 to leave the other through external operation; and a second operation means 24 of allowing at least one of the pair of light shield bodies to leave the other and at least one of the pair of rollers 31 and 32 to leave the other through external operation.
