PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater projector that can be used underwater in a swimming pool or at sea. SOLUTION: The underwater projector A composed by disposing its projector body 20 in a waterproof housing 10 which is used underwater includes: a distributing water pipe 13 extending within the waterproof housing 10 from one side to the other; a heat exchanger 11, disposed along the circumferential face of the projector body 20, while being fit to the distributing water pipe 13; and a water pump 12 for circulating external water between the inside of the distributing water pipe 13 and the outside of the underwater projector A. In addition, a hole 10b is provided in the front face of the waterproof housing 10, and a waterproof loudspeaker 14 is installed in the waterproof housing 10 and in an area where the hole 10b is made. Furthermore, a balance adjustment weight 18 is disposed on the bottom face of the waterproof housing 10. A filter 19 is set at a water suction port 13a of the distributing water pipe 13.
