PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable traveling in a steep upward slope, and to stop an engine and to brake when an acceleration pedal is strongly stamped on in stop or in travelling at low speed. SOLUTION: After the acceleration pedal passes through a point B, even if the car speed is reduced to a low speed, travelling is possible.
