The invention relates to a method for activating the home screen of a mobile telecommunication terminal, said home screen being customised for a particular user and said customisation being carried out by a parametering of said screen contained in a data structure, said method comprising previously (20) encrypting the data structure using an encryption key related to the user, said encryption key being associated with a decryption key. The method further includes: detecting (22) the identity of the user of the terminal; decrypting (24) the encrypted data structure using the decryption key of the detected user if the latter corresponds to the particular user; displaying (28) the customised home screen on the terminal screen using parameters of the decrypted data structure. |
