PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cooling unit size, cost and noise by eliminating an evaporation coil. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a guide 101a mounted around a compressor 102, and a water sheet 106a for sucking up drain water. The exhaust heat of the compressor 102 is blown to the water sheet 106a by means of the guide 101a so that the temperature of the drain water rises as humidity on the surface of the water sheet 106a drops. In this way, the evaporation coil can be removed while securing an evaporation ability equal to or higher than that of conventional apparatuses, whereby the structure of the cooling unit can be made compact and the cost for the evaporation coil is reduced.
