PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To watch the television or to make a video telephone call while stably placing a mobile phone on the desk with a display section 2 in a laterally long state in the mobile phone comprising an opening/closing shaft linking a first casing and a second casing to be freely foldabe and a vertical shaft which is orthogonal with the opening/closing shaft and supports the first casing so as to freely invert front and rear sides thereof. SOLUTION: A chevron portion 3a of which a cross section is mountain-shaped, is expanded and formed on a rear side of a first casing 3. In the state of inverting front and rear sides of the first casing 3, the first casing 3 and a second casing 5 are folded into the chevron portion 3a, the first casing 3 is rotated a little around the vertical shaft and held in the state of widening a gap between one of right and left sides and a front side of the second casing 5, and a side placing member 11 is formed to place, on the desk, the mobile terminal at the side where the gap is widened.
