PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber article which has acquired releasability, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, weatherability, water repellency, oil repellency, heat resistance and low moisture permeability by the application of a room temperature-curable perfluoropolyether composition to the surface of the rubber. SOLUTION: The rubber article has, on the surface thereof, a cured film from a curable fluoropolyether composition which comprises (A) a straight-chain fluoropolyether compound having at least two hydrolyzable groups in a molecule and a perfluoropolyether structure in its backbone chain, (B) a carbon functional silane having an amino group, an epoxy group or a mercapto group and (C) a curing catalyst.
