PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition satisfying sufficient spreadability and adhesivity on skin, and functions as cosmetics, and free from fat and oil causing skin troubles without using a specific cosmetic materials that may cause troubles such as cost and availability in the production. SOLUTION: The object can be accomplished by using compositions solely composed of titanium dioxide, mica, iron oxides and silica by 95 wt.% or over in the total wt.
